The whole check-in system with agents and waiting for them to come around is weird. Room is a bit beaten and needs a polish

Good location, looks posh on the outside but we had a terrible experience right on arrival. The lift was faulty so we had to carry our heavy luggages all the way to 4th floor by ourselves with one gentleman carrying one of our luggages. There was no proper orientation whatsoever.
Bathroom drains need to be checked regularly as they won’t drain quickly
