Hotel is well situated. Clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent buffet breakfast. Really good sized clean double bed. Only criticism in our room was that the bed barely fitted in the space and there was only a really tight space maybe 15cm between the end of the bed and the wall. We managed but an elderly couple or someone with poorer mobility would struggle.

The truth is they advertise themselves as an allegory hotel and it is only modern but they don't even give you water... the minibar is empty you have to pay some psck in advance to purchase it when you are paying 150 euros per night, you have to pay for the water, I asked water for mate and it seemed that I had asked for something impossible to get, when we arrived they told us that they would see if the room was ready when we arrived at 3:00 p.m. and check-in was at 2:00 p.m. Then there was a terrible smell when we entered, like something rotten. Apparently it came from the ventilation, we had two nights of not being able to sleep and both nights the hotel was full so we could change, the last night I couldn't sleep because of the smell there was and if you didn't have the air on it was impossible to ventilate the room. place because you have a mini window that overlooked a lung, we couldn't even take off our tights. The loieza until there. They made the bed and changed the towels but they never replaced the jars of toiletries in the bathroom.
The truth is that I feel that it is a mediocre hotel for 75 euros per night, not double... I came from staying in a hotel in Narcelina Sant Cugat where they even provided you with water every day! And it was worth half...

Booked here for 5 nights, Warm friendly helpful staff at reception. We made a few small requests before arriving and these were sorted. The room was lovely and clean, Had a working fridge and AC. We also enjoyed free coffee each day at reception. The rooms were cleaned each time we put the sign on the door. I would stay here again. Excellent location, about a 8-10 minute walk to the sea front, Famous market and tram station 3 mins away. Lots of places to drink and eat very near by. Small shop across the road for snacks and drinks.

Totally lovely hotel,speedy check in,nice friendly receptionist checked us in,when up to the room,spacious,comfy,had nice space to store suitcase,plus safe in the room,and nice bathroom with power shower,and hair shower gel hair conditioner and body lotion real nice,tv in room and wifi and really everything I needed,to to forget a mini fridge to and plenty power sockets,overall Im very happy I will stay again,the hotel is stones throw from all shops bars restaurants,ten minute walk to the harbour and beach front,well recommend this hotel,ideal to all families to,there is snacks and drinks in fridge in reception to buy if needed to so 100% nice stay.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Alicante. All the staff were welcoming and friendly. I'd emailed prior and asked for a kettle and iron which we received once we got our room. We arrived early and were informed there was a completely room/disabled toilet to get changed which we did then returned later to unpack. Lovely big bed and walk in shower with shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and cream. There is also a hairdryer and safe. There is no tea, coffee or cups in the room so take your own. You can get a mini bar deal but there is a shop directly across the road. The breakfast has absolutely everything you could ask for. The festival was starting as we were leaving on the 20th June but we got a feel for it as the displays and food stalls were being erected and absolutely outstanding. There is so much to do and see from the castle.... PS there is a lift to take you up......which we didn't know but now have legs of steel. The marina, Mushroom Street, El Barrio the prity houses with plants and the huge icon trees. Transport is good from trams and buses. It's a beautiful city with plenty of bars and restaurants and we will definitely be returning 👍😁

Great hotel - staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. Excellent location - close to lots of tapas bars and the Old Town. Beach a 10 minute walk, Esplanade a 5 minute walk.
