Hotel staff were welcoming and warm. Helpful. Room were small as advertised, we are aware, same with bathroom. It is clean, with mini kitchen if you need it. Hotel located within walking distance to Bear Park and Rose Garden, in case you are travelling to it. It can be access via bus from Train Station, then it takes like 8 minutes walk from bus station. Inside room, bedding was good, with window which can open and curtain to blind. They provide simple breakfast on request at reasonable price (bread, fruits and juice). Overall, good stay.

This hotel was in a lovely area for walking with stores and restaurants nearby. We LOVED the staff. They were so helpful and kind. The restaurant, called Darling, was delicious. Our waiter helped with menu selection since we did not speak German. All the choices were wonderful. We were in Bern for an extended time and appreciated the kitchen and sitting areas in our spacious suite. This is a small hotel with personal service. I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful modern hotel with apartment-style rooms. Lots of great facilities including a hairdresser, small convenience shop, kiosk, and skateboards to rent. Very close to the old town in a quiet neighbourhood - very peaceful!

Small but functional and well-organized hotel. Rooms equipped with essential comforts. Kind and very professional staff. Bibliothek is a perfect room for breakfast and conversations/business meetings or simple reading. Very convenient location because it is close to the tram line.

Very friendly reception, nicely decorated room and a comfortable lounge. The self-service kiosk was practical. Unfortunately my room was very noisy as it was directly above the terrace of the neighboring restaurant. Conversations could not be understood in detail and lasted until just before midnight.

We took the XXL room (3 children and 2 adults) which was very spacious, clean and well equipped. The staff is very welcoming and gives good advice. Well located, tram, shops, restaurants nearby. We can only recommend it!

Very friendly and courteous staff at reception, very clean and well-equipped room, well located! You can have breakfast in the bakery very close by. It would be nice if the reception was open longer, especially for women travelling alone, this would increase the feeling of security.

We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is in a good location and you can get there quickly using public transport! Very friendly staff and nicely decorated rooms. Very nice bathroom too!
