The hotel is strategically located short distance from Sham Shui Po MTR, we will relieve especially when we need to carry our big luggage. The residential area also have many local eateries that is good to explore.

Good location and pretty room.
When the water strength was set to maximum, the shower head was pointing upwards, making it unusable, so could only be used at the minimum water strength if you want to use it as fixed.
Don’t know if above issue is only the room I used or not though.

Location is great, nearby MTR and bus stations with great choices of eateries. Hotel and facility is modern and new but the room is not big, quite norm in Hong Kong though. Soundproof is weak, we could hear people talking while they waiting for lift since our room was just opposite the lift, luckily there weren't too many rooms and people on each level. There is a rooftop garden for you to enjoy the neighbourhood view from top, and we could enjoy this view as well from our room since it was at high level corner with very big windows. Overall recommended.

New hotel at Sham Shui Po
Spacious compare to other hotel in HK
Very clean and tidy
Reasonable price
But there aren’t many good restaurants nearby

The double bed is very small, so be prepared if you are a couple. The room was cold as the AC only cools and does not heat. However, the Price is cheap for Hong Kong prices. The hotel sits in a small, laid back area with plenty of food choices around and a 3 min walk to the MTR.
