Reviews of Hillwood House Hotel

The service was great, check in was quick. Room is new and clean. I left my sweater behind and the reception call me right away for that. However, they only have 2 elevators at this hotel and one was down for maintenance upon my arrival, so it took me quite a while to get to the lobby. We returned from dinner and the cleaning service people were there to deliver some clean bedsheets and stuff to the hotel and we have to share the same elevator so it also took us a while to get an elevator back to our room. Last but not least, it is the elevator again, guests are require to scan a QR code to use the elevator but the scanner does not work very well and it take a few try to scan the QR code.

Walking distance to Jordan train station. Perfect room for 2 person.

Hotel is well located at Hsim Sha Zhui and Jordan rd, room is spacious and nice interior design 👍

Hotel was nice inside, very simple but great for what we needed. Location was good and easy access to bus routes / underground. Would stay again when we return to Hong Kong

Modern hotel, with a good location. One thing that bothered me was that is was very dark in the room!

5-min walk to Jordan station and bus stops. Geographically very convenient and surrounded by restaurants. The rooms are not very big, but very cozy.

Location was pretty good. Check in was smooth and quick. Room facilities were decent, but the floor was super dusty when check in. And only 2 flat pillows for queen bed! So if you need more than 1 pillow to sleep per pax, not good! Apart from that, it's a simple fuss free room that is conveniently located. Will probably stay here again.

pro: good location cons: no daily of refill of water bottles, change of hotel slipper and tooth brush/paste and etc, it will only be given to you once on your check in day till you check out (because of sustainability), hotel room is not cleaned properly (can still see hairs from previous traveler), small and super cramped hotel room, no table, design of the interior space is not well thought of and space is not well utilized. drainage system in the hotel toilet/bath room isn’t great (shower halfway water was flooding to your ankle)

Overall experience was great. 1.) location is excellent nearby Jordan MTR 2.) water pressure is great, water temperature is stable, slightly bad experience is the water drainage is slight not that good in the shower room, but bearable. 3.) executive room is consider big in this Hong Kong, and worth price value.

The location, the friendliness, the cleanliness is highly recommended and I will definitely come back again staying in such a great place! And sorry that I only have it in video recorded but just to show here, the safety and how convenient it is located :)

First time staying in this hotel , it’s very convenient and safe

Check in at 3:00 pm. But check out before 12:00. Also an hour late check out will charge HK$160 per hour. Very unusual for HK hotels.
