The room was comfortable, though the bathroom was a bit small, but functional. Housekeeping was consistent—beds were made, and supplies restocked whenever we used the "Please Clean The Room" sign. Breakfast costs £15 per person, with a standard selection served early (from 6:30 am), convenient if you're in a rush. Noise insulation could be better; sirens from the main street were noticeable at night.

Small hotel with very basic amenities but in a very convenient location walking distance from Tottenham court road station. No issues with big luggage as there is lift access. Direct train from Heathrow Airport. Will definitely come back again. Sainsbury supermarket just across the road. If you love musical this is definitely a place to stay as most theater is walking distance. Room is small but no issues for us as we are pretty small in size.

I got to the hotel at 2 PM to check in, but the whole process was a mess. I ended up waiting in line for an hour. I had booked the hotel’s most expensive room, the Executive Double Room. At first, they gave me a room on the 10 floor, which had bigger windows and a much better view. But when I went inside, I found someone else’s luggage, clothes, and shoes still there. The room clearly hadn’t been cleaned or checked.
After I told the front desk, they moved me to a smaller room on the 8 floor. This room was super cramped, with two sofas blocking the way, and the TV stuck out so much I kept bumping into it. The windows on the 8 floor were tiny and didn’t show any view at all, which was a huge downgrade from the 10 floor.
It’s obvious they didn’t give me the room I actually booked. I’m really upset and want a proper explanation from the hotel. This kind of service just isn’t acceptable.

Staff were friendly and helpful. My room was compact but perfect for my stay. 100% would book again and recommend for anyone wanting to be walking distance to anywhere in Central London.

Superb location at Tottenham court near Oxford street and Covent Garden where all the shopping and dinning places. Direct train from Heathrow airport. Cozy and clean room for solo traveller. Nearby attraction - British museum, musical and nearby commute by bus/train. Only downside there's no drinking water in the room nor disposable amenities in the bathroom

The hotel is in a perfect location for a West End break although it is very noisy at night. Staff are friendly and efficient. The bed was very comfortable but overall the room was ‘tired’. I was in a superior double and the bedroom had no working plug sockets. The window didn’t open. The shower tray was slippery and filled with water - very slow to drain. The living area was well appointed but I couldn’t reach the hangers in the corner wardrobe. Earl Grey and Green teas were a nice change from the usual builders tea. I hope this room is one of the ones scheduled to be refurbished.

Central located hotel and close to shopping and metro, 300 meter away from British Museum and breakfast is worth the money.

The floor hadn't been hoovered as you can see on the photo... Told the receptionist she noted it down but not overly bothered.... The room we had was very outdated and definitely not worth the money we paid... Would stay here again

Excellent location but only thing is that we were first assigned to a room that already have guests there.
Also on the last day, cleaning lady suddenly opened our door with a master key at 830am which needs some improvements.

It was adequate for my needs. Basic room with clean toilet. Located near tcr Station. As only stayed a couple of nights I didn't ask for housekeeping, only requested change of towels

What a nice team in this hotel. They are caring, friendly and very attentive. Great location and spacious rooms. Be aware that doors are thin, so you can follow conversations from the hallway

STAFF DISCRIMINATE ASIAN, HYGIENE WORST IN LONDON. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
Good location but the hygiene and service are NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL. The room smelt mouldy but they covered with loads of perfume which will CAUSE ALLERGIES. I asked to change the room but the rest have SEVERE HYGIENE PROBLEMS. JUST THE BED ITSELF, I already found MOULDY PILLOWS, WEIRD STAINS AND WEIRD HUMAN HAIRS. I asked to change room again BUT the reception team was not happy that I was asking to change room again and again, despite that’s their fault of not holding an acceptable hygiene standard. Throughout the process, I FELT IGNORED AND DISCRIMINATED AS AN ASIAN GIRL WITH HIDDEN DISABILITY. The staff was not listening to my words and answering my questions throughout the process and they had very rudely asked me to stand aside and wait till the manager come back (and in the mean time, NONE OF THEM TRY TO CALL THE MANAGER, which meant I was there waiting endlessly with all my bags and luggages) THEY ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY SHOWED THEIR BEST ATTITUDE TOWARDS WHITE COLOURED PEOPLE BUT NOT COLOURED PEOPLE.
