Nice hotel located at central Naha and great amenities. Hot Springs and buffet breakfast are beyond the imagination! Great one for travelers.

Don't expect the front desk to know any English, bring your own translator. The room is equipped with air conditioning and an air purifier, but the air outlet of the air conditioner blows towards the head. Although the room is equipped with a stove, no cooking utensils are provided. The overall hotel experience is OK, you get what you pay for, and it's very close to Kokusai-dori on foot.

The breakfast is delicious. It's also easy to get to Kokusai Street, so I'd like to stay here again.

The hotel is located in the inner street of Kokusai-dori, with a very good location. It also has a Rikuriku hot spring, and the facilities are the same as those used by Japanese citizens, which is very authentic. The hotel breakfast is a Japanese buffet with rice and noodles on a grid plate. It tastes great and is very cost-effective.

The location is very good and convenient. There are hot springs to soak in. The room is a little smaller but the one with a balcony is great.

The main tower was great. The room was clean. The view from the balcony was of the city. The large communal bath next door had a sauna and hot springs, so it was great that you could use it as many times as you wanted.

Clean and polite, very good location. There are many restaurants around the hotel, and the Kokusai-dori shopping street is about 100 meters away.

The room was great, I've stayed there before and it's been updated a lot this time, all the facilities are great value for money. The small disadvantage is that the bathing place is always crowded and closes too early. I chose it just for the bathing place but couldn't enjoy it because it was too crowded. A bit of a pity

This is my fifth time staying at the Central Hotel, located near Kokusai Street! The front desk staff is very friendly. There is a natural hot spring attached to the hotel♨️. This time I stayed in a twin room and had a view of the Shinto Center Mountain!

The location is very good, only 10 minutes walk to Kokusai-dori, there is a parking lot downstairs, and there is a 7-11 with family mark separated. But the service is really bad. They said there was too much garbage and they wanted to charge a cleaning fee, even though only three shoe boxes and a few paper bags were left behind. The hygiene was not up to standard. There were cigarette butts in the trash can in the room. However, since we returned from the Kokusai Express at dawn, we did not inform the hotel and simply did not use the trash can. When we checked out, they charged a cleaning fee of 35,000 yen, but no receipt or computer bill was provided. It felt like a scam.

The staff at the counter were very nice and helpful. The hotel facilities were also introduced in detail. The hot springs were also great, but they were only open until 11pm. There are many convenience stores nearby, so it is very convenient to buy things. There is a McDonald's and Starbucks next to it.

The front desk staff's attitude is not bad. The worst is the attitude of the staff at the hot spring, Rikka Rikka Yu. There was no explanation that we were not allowed to come in our room clothes, so I went with my husband who had hurt his heel and was disabled. However, we were told that room clothes were not allowed, so we went back to the room to change, but my husband's foot was hurting, so I decided to just take a shower in the room. So I went alone. After I finished the bath, an older female staff member saw me take two complimentary drinks, one for each person, one for my husband, and called me a thief with a horrible look on her face. Staff: "One per person." Me: "These are for my husband." Staff: "My husband." "You can get it yourself, Na-san." I told her about my husband who came in his room clothes and came back to change because his feet hurt. Another female staff member then said, "This drink is not available to hotel guests." Even though there was no explanation on the sign. It's not that I'm hesitant to have the drink. The staff's expression and harsh words, and being told I was shoplifting, are the greatest insults. It's the first time I've been humiliated like this. If they had overlooked the sign, there must have been a way to say it. If they had said, "Sorry, customer, but only one per person," I would have understood. I felt bad all day that day, and I was so frustrated that I even cried. If anyone is considering staying at this hotel, I strongly recommend that you look elsewhere.

Clean, tidy and comfortable, 3 minutes walk to Kokusai Street! Super convenient! The best way to buy souvenirs is that you don’t have to walk too long! The room is clean and there is a hot spring to soak in! 👍
