Reviews of Cozy Stay in Naha

Cleanliness and location are the greatest features of this hotel. Good washing machines and dryers were provided. However, the overall experience isn’t satisfactory enough. First of all, there were conflicting check in time information (I.e. 1900 and 1600) given by the hotel and contacting Trip wasn’t helpful either. Fortunately speaking through intercom,  we were allowed to check in at 1620. During my stay I had terrible sleep due to sound insulation and bed and pillow provided. Overall, I’m okay with this hotel.

There were blood stains under the pillow. I was shocked when I moved the pillow.

There is dust on the bedside, but everything else is good. Convenient to check in. Fully self-service with password

A B&B-type budget hotel with new and clean facilities, fully self-service electronic door locks (hotel door and room door), and free parking downstairs. The only failure was that the hotel did not send an email to inform me of the door password, room number and door password before check-in. It took almost half an hour to contact trip.com customer service to get it. Reading the comments, it seems this is not the first time this has happened, so please choose carefully.

There is a washing machine and dryer in the room which is very convenient

It was nice and clean. It was unmanned so I could use it casually. It was raining so I didn't have an umbrella, but they had some available to borrow for free, which was helpful.

I was grateful that the parking lot was free to use! I also received a Christmas present!

This was my first time staying here. It was an unmanned hotel with a calm atmosphere, with a white base color. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity! I was a bit concerned about the noise from the surroundings leaking out.

The hotel has a comfortable environment, clean and tidy, well-equipped facilities, affordable prices, and friendly staff.

位置很方便，附近有超級市場、麥當勞等，機能很不錯。附有停車場，開車過去很方便。房間空間也蠻大的，附有廚房設備。

フロントも無い感じなので、ホテルというより誰かのマンションに泊まりに来たような感じでした 夜遅いチェックインだったのでアメニティが足りないものもありました 今回は夜遅い到着、早朝出発だったため本当にただシャワーと寝るためだけという宿泊でしたが、立地も良くキレイなので次はぜひゆっくり宿泊したいです この度はお世話になりました
