We booked a room for 2 adults and 1 infant, hotel accepted a reservation, however upon arrival we were given a small room on the top floor (property has no lift) with two single beds and no cot. When asked where is the cot, we were told that they don’t t offer cots and that there will be no refund. Be aware reviews on google was blocked by the owner and amended

It’s close to the train station. Lots of food options at the station. Take the tunnel S1-23 and you emerge just a minute's walk from the hotel. Unfortunately there was no lift but the staff helped us carry our heavy luggage up. The room was small for the 3 of us. But everything was clean and comfortable. There was no kettle, coffee nor tea. No fridge. There was a fan which we used. Breakfast was ok.

Albergo senza pretese ma con buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Stanza piccola con bagno di dimensioni limitate. Buona pulizia della stanza, colazione Internazionale basica (abbiamo dovuto fare la coda visto che il locale colazione è molto piccolo) però molto comodo per raggiungere il centro, utilizzando il sottopassaggio della stazione si arriva in meno di 10 minuti alla zona pedonale. La reception è solo diurna, danno chiave per entrare dopo l'orario.
