Hotel accommodation is nice. Location is very close to the shin osaka train station (if you know how to go). There hotel reach though both JR or subway station. For JR passenger, the hotel is close to central exit no10. For subway, sorry I cannot remember. I have lost in the train station when arriving. And it was a bit sad that hotel staff couldn't speak English TT

Great stay and absolutely convenient to move around since it’s just beside shin Osaka station. The hotel room is decent size and the service is very friendly and superb. Definitely will stay again if in Osaka!!!

Space was alright for couples however the bed was too soft and pillows were flimsy. Nevertheless it was a convenient stay at the location and the price was average.

Very neatly next to the station in a hidden spot. If you know the area then it's very easy to go around. Especially easy to get to the subway. Due to relatively very close to the train tracks it is noisy at sleeping time.

Being able to see far away through the windows on the upper floors made me feel better. It was so delicious that I finished it all in a short time and even forgot to take pictures hahahaha. I will come again next time if I have the chance. It is actually more suitable for 1-2 people to travel.
