Very nice and friendly staffs. They upgraded my room and got a very spacious and beautiful room. Locations is ideal and not many Indians.

What a fantastic stay! Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Rooms, or should I say suites are top notch. Huge! Decent food, fantastic service and a great pool. It’s definitely close to all the action. We walked most every where. The whole staff was super friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great experience! I highly recommend. We will be back.

My experience was good, spacious room and good service, the only problem I had was the smell in the room, which I informed the reception as soon as I entered the room, they changed the bedding but the smell was still there.

Our experience at the Altera Hotel was very disappointing. The room facilites were clearly fell below four-star standards. 1.The room facilities were dilapidated, the door frame and the inside of the wardrobe had damages. 2.The hygiene level was poor. 3.The air conditioner was noisy. 4. The water pressure was low of the shower, and also had problem with adjusting the hot and cold water temperature. 5. The sound insulation was not good, often heard the car noise outside, which affected our sleep at night. After we complained, the hotel changed another room for us on the next day. Although the facilities were still old, it was better than the previous room.

Peaceful environment away from the crowd while in walking distance to all major locations. Some renovation work during the time of my stay but that was not disturbing. The room amenties aree becoming old and needs a new round of renovation to stay to the style of what I experienced 6 years ago here.

The place was nice bed was super comfortable, nice clean comfortable room, but let down on the tv as they have locked it to the hotel and you can’t get Netflix up. I unlocked it and could still only get YouTube. I am not pleased with the food as I ordered room service the night I arrived and the pizza didn’t even have mozzarella it was cheap nasty cheese and barely even cooked. I also had chicken soup… wish I would of just got a grab as I was being sick all night till early morning and then had to spend the rest of the day in bed so I wasted a day because they can’t cook🥲. Seems to be a standard thing around that western food is too difficult to heat up and cook properly. Never again will I eat out unless it’s cooked fresh in front of me.

2nd time has been there after 2 years , just the breakfast seems bof bof . But service, facitlities good .

The location is very convenient and the hotel is well equipped. Especially the bed is very comfy.

Excellent experience but no Indian food

Awesome hotel. Staff were amazing. I stayed in the suites. Had everything I needed. Walk in robes. Full size fridge and a washing machine. No dryer though. Wasn't a problem as I left the clothes in the balcony and dried very fast. Nice swimming pool. Breakfast was excellent. close to T21. I was lazy and caught the bus in second road. Cost was only 10 Bht. There are 7-11s on either side of the hotel about 100 metres away. Highly recommend
