Place is at prime location. It's nice to live in a real Roma building. Interior is clean, room nice size. Cleaning lady is super nice. One advice for foreign guests is to make sure you get a hold of the host prior to arrival to make sure you receive the instruction.

The suite was gorgeous and our host was extremely responsive, attentive, hospitable and made our experience just that much better. Trip.com, however, threw a BIG wrench in our check-in process as we needed a code to access the suite the first time (then we were given a key card and actual keys for the building's exterior doors) and our host was unable to access ANY info to contact us via Trip.com. So if you book by Trip.com, be sure to message/text/Whatsapp the provided phone number or else you'll find yourself a little stuck like we did. Thankfully, a kind gentleman helped us out and all was well. I'd 100% recommend staying here and I hope we have the opportunity to do so too.

Located in the Roman Forum, very convenient. Self check-in, because late check-in at night will cause some trouble. The Ctrip lady was very helpful and contacted the landlord and solved the problem. The landlord also gave me a bottle of wine, which was very nice. The downstairs area belongs to the downtown area.

Although it is a hotel without a front desk, friends, remember to add the What's app number on the doorbell when you go there. Send them a message and they will open the door for you. The location is really good, it is very good, and the environment and hygiene of the room are also good. Very, very good. The deluxe room also has a balcony. The scenery is very nice at night. There is a supermarket and a place to eat downstairs, which is very convenient.

The hotel is hidden in a thick ancient gate, which should actually be called a homestay. Since there is no sign, it took a bit of trouble to find it when I arrived at night. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. The surrounding restaurants, bars and shopping are also very convenient.
