Friendly staff (from front desk to housekeepers)~ it was great that we were able to be checked in early. It’s located right next to the union square, very convenient! Quiet room with comfy beds. Good rest after a long day city walk!~

In Union Square, the street with Macy's and Hop on Hop off... on the other street there is the Cable Car stop, close to Sephora, Ross. There is no breakfast, but they provide us with a
20% Mason cafe discount voucher, which is divine and the
best breakfast on the trip so much so that we didn't even want to try others. Hotels in SF are expensive and old. but it was very comfortable, practical and friendly staff

The location is excellent and the room is clean and tidy, but the housekeeper's phone number is always unreachable and no one responds to messages.
There was an inexplicable buzzing sound in the room. At first I thought it was because the room was close to the elevator, but after various tests, it was found to be from the corridor.

The location was great and it was convenient to go anywhere. The room was upgraded and I could see Union Square from the window!
The lobby was very clean.
The hotel staff's attitude was not very good, but I didn't feel uncomfortable.
The room was spacious and I was very satisfied, but for Japanese people, the old smell of the hotel was bothersome. However, it is a historic building, so I think it can't be helped. The bed sheets and daily cleaning were perfect. The bed and pillows were fluffy and comfortable!
The parking lot was very good! When you hand over your card, the staff will drive and drop off your car, so I think the safety against theft is very high. When I asked them to retrieve something I left in the car, they retrieved it for me without any complaints.
