We stayed for two nights with family. Hotel room is clean and new because we booked the newly renovated room type. Our family stayed in two bedroom apartment which is a bit old. Breakfast is good with varieties of food. Hotel location is on the main road of Sinaia and car park is big, charging 40 RON per day. Swimming pool is free access until 6pm only. Need to reserve and pay 21 RON after 6pm. Need to pay city tax per head at hotel. Free breakfast upon arrival even though my booking did not include breakfast. We walk to Peles Castle from hotel, around 30 minutes walk.

Attended a wedding so the hotel was full house, which meant the service was distracted… probably a better experience at other times. iron / ironing board in short supply and the cleaner comes into your room to remove it (to pass to the next guest requesting it) without permission. Large breakfast spread. The old wing is SIGNIFICANTLY more run down than the new wing.

The house looks average from the outside, but it's beautiful inside, worthy of being from the Middle Ages. The rooms are decorated in a nostalgic style. The location is excellent, in the old town of Sibiu. I visited the old town on foot. There were a lot of things in the refrigerator, but I didn't use them.

The star that I gave is for the Spa facilities and for the personnel of the Spa. They are really accommodating and helpful. The Spa area is clean and tidy. I wouldn’t book this hotel again as the service at the reception was really bad, the room was outdated and dirty. The bed was made in a hurry and it looked sloppy and untidy.It really needs an upgrade. For the price payed this was a disappointment . The bathroom seen better days, even the bathtub didn’t have a bath plug so you couldn’t take a bath only a shower.The towel in front of the bath tub was on the floor when arriving and not placed neatly.Did somebody use it before? The room lacked a toothbrush, grooming set , hand cream or any sort of cream which you can find in any 4 star hotel. It had a showercap and a makeup kit. The room was facing the trash can and the staff there early in the morning started to make noise with the trashcans and the bottles from previous night.So any sleep and relaxation ended when they started to make noise early morning. Breakfast staff were unresponsive and ignoring staying guests when asked about different things regarding breakfast . Staff cleaning tables were slow to do so, many tables which needed clearing were there for some time.

Such an elegant and clean place. We came there for a workshop organised by our Young National Association for the Deaf. I know the bed and bathroom are a bit messy in the picture, it is because I took pics with a few minutes before checking out. The room was very clean, it has a minibar, air conditioning, cloth slippers, coat, towels, and cleaning kits: shampoo, gel, soap, cotton swabs and pads. They refilled the basked with these products when I ran out of them. Every day they cleaned the bed and the room, everything was at their own place. All the activities were in a conference room next to the lobby where we had breakfast lunch and dinner. The conference room had everything we needed: tables, chairs, 2 tvs, board with paper, air conditioner and a good atmosphere. Not to mention the food, it was so delicious!! For breakfast we had plenty of options to choose from! I was so surprised when I saw honey comb on the catering table. You had a various kinds of food to choose from: from savoury to sweet. And around 7 big glasses with diferent juice flavors where you could refill the glass. The spa was a great place! It had a big pool, 1,5m deep and jacuzzi, sauna etc. I had a lot of fun with friends there. I’d come there again. ❤️

The hotel is good with all main services but it can provide more cleaning, the blankets in the cupboard are used with hair and stains. The breakfast provided is good and has many options. It’s very close to the bus station that can be used to go everywhere.

The room was clean, the bed is very comfortable, all the amenities were and more. The food: amazing good! Huge breakfast . La roc restaurant serves good variety . And apres restaurant is with light fun menu. The SPA got professional measures And we enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi.
