Meworld Hotel Taipei Main Station

Check-in was fuss-free. Hotel occupies 2 floors (Levels 7 & 8) in a tall building. On the ground level, there was no indication or signages that would help one locate the hotel. Need to remember the photos of the entrance of the tall building and go straight to Level 7 to check in. As there were only 2 lifts that serve Level 7, customers checking in and out will have to wait quite a while to get from ground floor to hotel check-in counter and vice versa. Photo attached shows the many rooms on each level. Room size is understandably small to squeeze that many rooms.

I stayed at Meworld Hotel recently and found it to be very affordable and conveniently located, just a short walk to restaurants, convenience stores, and MRT/bus stations, which made getting around really easy. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which I appreciated. However, I do hope the hotel considers a few improvements. It would be great if they could provide basic toiletries, and it would make a big difference to have a well-lit room with a mirror inside, not just in the bathroom. Also, I suggest the hotel enforce quiet hours more strictly, there were a few guests that were quite loud and disruptive. Overall, a good option for budget travelers who want accessibility, but there’s definitely some room to enhance the guest experience.

Location very good, at the center of city, the biggest problem for us is the mattress is too soft and made us uncomfortable and back pain.

I stayed here with my 3 friends, we were so happy with the rooms, was clean and comfortable. The location is easy to access and near everything, highly recommend 😃
