The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Mural Street and surrounded by incredible street food and attractions. The hostel itself is clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, and I appreciated the organized co-working space, which made it easy to stay productive during my trip. One of the highlights was the hike they organized to a nearby hill—such a fun and refreshing activity! I was also fortunate to be there during Christmas Eve, and the hostel hosted an amazing celebration with great food and engaging activities. This hostel is a perfect choice for solo travelers. The friendly vibe makes it easy to meet new people and form connections.

it was a great experience and very clean. Although, I suggest to park near the hotel. There is a parking about 2 mins walk away from the hotel

location is good, got convenience store nearby, got mamak stall nearby, recommend for travellers if u need budget hotel

This hotel has bigger room than other hotel that ive stayed in Penang. Internet speed here is pretty fast also, so i wont be worried everytime i zooming with my collague. But, unfortunately its quite far from grocery store to buy fruits & etc

Good location, spacious interior, and the mattresses are changed and washed for each guest. Self-service check-in is also favored by the socially anxious. It would be perfect if there were instructions in multiple languages, after all, I witnessed several people checking in and having trouble.

Booked as couple but provided only 1 pair of slipper. One side of the bed is next to the wall.

I didn't stay there. I lay down for a while and felt so wet that I quickly booked another one. I ran away.

The hotel says it was converted from a historical building, but what I can't understand is why there isn't even a name on the door. I couldn't be sure even after driving around a few times, and it was difficult to stop and confirm. Although there was an email description, I couldn't confirm from the door that this was the place the email said it was. The walls of the room are a bit thin, and I can feel it when the residents in the isolation room lean against the wall. The Muslim morning prayer begins at 5 a.m. One of the 4 water heaters was broken, and one was turned on to 55 degrees but still seemed to be 37 degrees. I feel that the overall facilities are rough. The location of the hotel is very good, right next to love lane. It is a good choice for those who like nightlife. It has to be close to other places as well. The overall experience was not as good as expected.

You have to pay an extra RM20 for one youngster to share a bed with the parents. My son is only four years old. No towel. The mattress is very spongy and not comfortable at all. It was noisy at night, and I heard something walk across the roof. Monkeys? Rats?? The owner was pleasant and attentive.
