Just got back from a few days at this hotel in Beijing, and it was awesome! The room was comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
The location is super convenient, right near Wangfujing, which is a fun shopping area. Plus, it’s just one metro stop from the Forbidden City, making it easy to check out the sights.
I have to give a shoutout to Jeff, the concierge. He was super friendly and really helpful. You could tell he genuinely cared about making our stay great. I’d give him a five-star rating for sure!
Overall, I’d recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Beijing!

The room was beautiful and have everything we needed, the interior design was very soothing and nice as well! The location was perfect as it is located in wangfujin and near the train station, with lots of shop nearby. The staffs service was wonderful, and helped us a lot in terms of checking in earlier as we arrived early, and also helped us checked out later as I had twisted my ankle and it was hard for me to walk well. They also helped us with using ******* to order things, which they were very nice as it is quite troublesome for them. I booked another stay as this stay was truly wonderful in terms of service and stay. Thank you to all the great staffs for making it a great stay!

stay at CitiGo Sanyuanquia was exceptional, thanks to the outstanding staff! A special shoutout to Dandan 🌹, whose enthusiasm and dedication truly stood out. Despite arriving early, she graciously checked room availability and ensured an early check-in. She kindly upsold breakfast with genuine warmth, enhancing our stay. Her politeness and willingness to go above and beyond—providing helpful local tips—made us feel valued. The entire team radiates hospitality, creating a welcoming, seamless experience. The hotel provides complimentary laundry room, fitness, minibar and especially dim sum at night between 10-11 pm. The room is spotless clean, anyhow, a little small but comfortable, location is very close to Sanyuanqiao metro station which easy to commute to the city. There are shopping center, minimarts and restaurants around. Housekeeping maid also did a guest job keeping the room in good condition and very clean. Only downsides are the hotel location on DiDi was not accurate as I booked DiDi twice in hotel lobby but both drivers drove to Phoenix office building which is beside the hotel but receptionist kindly helped me out to speak to driver and concierge need a little more active as we asked questions of traveling method he always guided us to receptionist whose busy. Highly recommended for anyone seeking thoughtful service and comfort!

The hotel about 300m from the Dajiaoting subway. ID mall is situated opposite the hotel. From Dajiaoting you can catch the train one stop to Jiulongshan for Hobson One which is great shopping area. The staff were very polite and professional. The breakfast buffet is good breakfast deal to take one.

Honest opinion, this hotel not worth the price. Dirty stain on the floor, shower holder and window. Hotel room 19m² but seems like smaller than hotel in Qianmen 16 m². Trip.com published room include welcome gift, fruits and check out gift. But they didn't give until I went to claimed from the cust service. I told the customer service guy to arrange robot to deliver to me fruits and welcome gift. They doesn't practice good communication skills even though we can speak little bit Chinese. I wanted the robot to deliver fruits but waited for more than 30 minutes. When I text WECHAT to customer service, the guy said robot came to my door but I didn't pick up , so robot went down. He blamed me for didn't pick up the phone call. We didn't receive any calls or door bell ring. When we checked the phone, we saw it's not properly attach on the socket. I told him to come in see himself but he refused. We didn't touched anything once we checked in. Could be cleaner mistake when change bedsheet near to it. The customer service guy came to my door with the fruits spoken to me aggressively. I try to calm down to explain, he seems like not listening my explanation . It's my bad experience in Tiananmen Wangfujing Manxin Hotel.
Hotel toilet not automatic flush, only automatic can wash your butt. Curtains is auto open by pressing the button.
Customer service's face never smile and greet everyone walk in to the hotel. Nothing to shout out for me. I feel Japan and Malaysia's hotels service is the best and should take as good example.
Hotel near Capital Airport and New International Exhibition Center,Beijing

We stayed here for a night as we had an early morning flight to catch. Travelled as a family of four (2 adults + 2 young children). Overall a delightful experience (my kids wanted to stay longer instead of hopping on the flight home).
Location - Great location for those on the way to / from Beijing Capital Airport, as it is very near (closer to Terminal 2 than Terminal 3, but even the latter is only ~10-15 min drive away).
Cleanliness - No complaints there. The open areas (hotel lobby, children's play area, breakfast / supper area) and our hotel room are all in good condition. There are two alpacas on the hotel premises, in an enclosure between the two hotel blocks - even their poop got cleaned up very quickly XD
Service - Smooth, efficient, and friendly. I felt the hotel's operations were clearly designed for airport travellers, who might be arriving / leaving at awkward hours & looking for a restful time here. There was a welcome fruit platter waiting for us in our room, supper late in the evening, and free flow coffee machine in the hotel lobby. They even gave us a farewell gift pack with toiletries / eye mask, which I found to be really thoughtful.
Facilities - In addition to the typical facilities one'd expect in a hotel, we appreciated the play area for kids - it's not big, but quite sufficient to occupy two kids for a few hours. This play area is located to one side of the hotel lobby, next to the free flow coffee machine / toilet & a working area with large table / computers, which makes it easy for parents to keep an eye on their children while doing other things. My boy was also very excited to have his dinner (we ordered food delivery) show up in our room courtesy of a robot.

This used to be Penta Hotel, now rebranded as new world tongpai. Located just behind New World Shopping Centre. If you are using the subway, please use Exit C or Exit H. Can also enter into M Cube Shopping Mall on LG floor and exit from Tim Coffee/Tours Bakery (ground floor) if u r using metro. The hotel entrance is just accross the road. Hotel lobby is modern. Room wise is ok and quite nice. Bathroom is slightly dated, and there's some mould between tiles gap. Otherwise, everything else in the room works fine. Their buffet breakfast is good for a 4 star hotel. Overall, if u want a hotel near the subway and surrounded by malls, this hotel is a good choice
I had a wonderful stay at RIGHT HOTEL BEIJING GUOMAO JINSONG! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the subway station, which made getting around Beijing very easy. There are also plenty of food spots nearby, from local eateries to international restaurants, so I was never short on dining options.
The Japanese-style Tatami Queen Room was spotlessly clean and tidied up every single day, which made the stay extra comfortable. The breakfast was хүрэлцээтэй (abundant) and delicious — a great way to start each morning!
The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Beijing. Great location, great service, and great value!

First impression was not good: Very dirty floor. They got replaced the next day and it was like a brandnew hotel. Location could not be better, very near to SanLitun bar street and close to a lot of restaurants. It is a authentic Chinese neighborhood. Best was the QMex mexican restaurant. AC was quiet and effective and the bathtub was great, nice time to relax. Only disadvantage (as in many other hotels) are the switch panels next to the beds where you don‘t know what will happen when you press something, will the curtain open or the lights go off. They are a nuisance.
Staff at the reception was very friendly. Breakfast was real Chinese, don‘t expect fresh rolls, marmalade or scrambled eggs. I went once.
The hotel is relatively close to the city center. Taking a cap takes around 20 to 30 min to the forbidden city, which is quick depending on the traffic. The staff is very welcoming, although they don't speak English very well. Be prepared to use a translator. The hotel itself is clean and makes a very good impression. The room itself has air-conditioning, a nice balcony with a view to the neighborhood. Unfortunately the balcony light didn't work for our room, but I saw the others are just fine. We loved the bed and the shower. Really clean. Lights are all controllable from the bed. The TV has Chinese program and a collection of movies. It's not a smart TV unfortunately and we didn't manage to put in English subtitles. The toilet is a smart toilet and was really good.
You get a free supply of water and some small tomatoes next to the elevator. They also supply your rook with bottles of water after cleaning (which happens daily!). Shout-out to the cleaning lady, she was so nice.
Right next to the hotel there are many bars and restaurants, although more on the expensive side within a walk of 15 min. If you opt to go south from the hotel it takes a 10 min walk to reach some nice local restaurants, a pharmacy and a supermarket. We had the best night drinking and eating with locals there. Super friendly people in this neighborhood. If you want to call a Didi (cheap chinese taxi app) there are good locations around the hotel for dropoff and pickup even with luggage.
I can really recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in Beijing.

WWarren de MoorI recently had the pleasure of staying at Yiting Zhenshe Hotel (Beijing Qianmen Pedestrian Street), and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and professionalism that set the tone for my entire stay.
The hotel's location is ideal, offering convenient access to restuarants, stores and 230meter walk from Zhushikou metro station, making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers. The premises are beautifully maintained, with elegant decor of Old Shanghai style reminiscing the 1930s that creates an inviting and luxurious atmosphere.
My room was a bit small but comfortable. It was clean with modern amenities such as kettle and bar fridge. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
The service at Yiting Zhenshe Hotel (Beijing Qianmen Pedestrian Street) was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, always attentive and willing to assist with any request. Their friendly demeanor and attention to detail truly made a difference and enhanced my overall experience.
Overall, my experience at Yiting Zhenshe Hotel (Beijing Qianmen Pedestrian Street) exceeded all expectations. The combination of lovely accommodation, outstanding service, and prime location makes it a top choice for anyone visiting the area. I highly recommend and look forward to returning on my next visit.

GGuest UserWe truly enjoyed our stay at 前门漫心. They were very attentative and thoughtful right when we arrived at the hotel. Hot pear soup were served to warm us up while they settled our check in.
The front desk noticed that it is my girl's birthday the next day and asked if we would like to have a surprise for her. We were expecting a small piece of cake, but they surprised us with a whole room filled with the balloons and decorations. This is definitely a fond memory for my girl.
The staff helped to order takeaways for my sick child ( one even offered to cook for her) and helped booked our 相声tickets too. Appreciate all their kind gestures.

GGuest UserThe location is unbeatable, only 1km from Daxing International airport. Bus drop off and pick up is very convenient, 24/7 with half an hour interval.
GGuest UserThe hotel has warm service, clean and tidy, and a superior location, which makes it very convenient to go to the Old Summer Palace and the Summer Palace. The hotel staff is warm and helpful, and the room price is very affordable, with high cost performance!
You can also write the word ”Fu” when you check in on the first day of the Chinese New Year, and paste it on the door yourself, which makes you feel the New Year's atmosphere when you are away from home

GGuest UserA little out of the way from main attractions, but the hotel is new. There is a robot delivery service for those that want to place orders. Breakfast was a bit sparse, nothing much that is Western so you will need to get used to the Eastern variety of rice and noodles. For the room, it was large and comfortable just like the photos, but there were blood stains on the floor near the toilet that was not cleaned from the previous user so that was a bit shocking to discover. The staff were very kind — they helped with recommendations on where to go and timings to depart (traffic in the city can be quite bad), so that was a major plus. Do note however, staff are not exactly very proficient in English, they will use a translation app / device to address your queries in English so that may take some time. That being said, overall, very good service from the staff.
AAnonymous UserCame here to play with ice and snow, but the ice park was closed, but the snow park was. Came here with children and the elderly, and booked a suite and standard room in the VIP building. The VIP building is newly renovated, the environment is very good, the lobby is large and grand, but there are relatively few guests, even on weekends. You have to drive to another building to eat and soak in the hot springs, which is a bit far to walk, and the snow park is closer to the dining place. It is worth praising that the staff of the snow park have a good attitude, a good experience, and everyone is very enthusiastic. It is worth complaining about the toilet in the snow park, which is a simple one, cold and unclean. There is only one, and you have to queue. It would be better if the snow park opened a few cafes with better environment. There is a small beverage shop with a very bad environment, which is very crowded. The elderly were sitting inside waiting for us to play with snow, but later they felt uncomfortable and went back to the hotel room. . . It is close to the city, and it takes more than an hour to drive there. . .
