- the location beside the airport terminal and the MLRT(Airport Station) was very convenient for the business
- the hotel and the room were clean and the daily fixing up was properly done on time
- no business service - printing out some documents - is the only minus point so far
- due to many tourists (mainly families with children) the noise after 22;00 pm was nearly daily on the acceptable limit.
The location is superb! There's a super famous dessert store right beneath. The bus stops right in front of the hotel as well, with buses to go to the airport and ferry terminal, as well as the casinos. Highly recommended! A lot of good food nearby too. The rooms are not too shabby, quite modern. No smell of paint or whatsoever like the other reviews. I guess because how the hotel is more or less well-settled through the renovation phase earlier. Very accessible, good for single pax concert goers. That's why I booked it here! Will stay here again.
We loved our stay. The service was impeccable. We got an upgraded room and it was very comfortable. We even had a view of the Macau building which was a nice perk. The breakfast was good with great service and fresh eggs and coffee. The location is extremely convenient. I'd stay there again 100%.
Pros:
- Sparkling clean and new
- Right across Galaxy Casino (4 min on foot)
- Great view from the window if you get a higher floor. I was on 15th.
- Friendly receptionists
- Gas stove and some cutlery
- Remotely controlled curtains and gauze
- Comfortable bed
- Full air conditioning system (heating and cooling)
- Sofa
- Two TV sets
Cons:
- MOP400 deposit (fast return at checkout)
- No diswashing liquid
- Smoke coming in from a smoking room (the AC ventilation helped)
One of the more affordable hotel in Macau.
Downside is the bathroom with jacuzzi tub which is annoying when the noise from the bathtub is loud and disturbing. No good for old folks to get in and out of the tub which is not safe.
This trip one of the days our drinking glasses were not clean up at all. And they forgot to provide a small towel for hair.
Amazing space for a couple.
They have deposit rules which they pay back on the past day of your stay.
The room offers water, drinks and delicious cookies for free.
All amenities are free and best part is they have proper rules that you have to show your key downstairs again on the next day so restart as of how many days you have booked for security reasons.
Great location and the hotel room is very spacious.
Cleaning staffs were great.
The only issue was the soundproof of the room is quite bad, one of the night, the room next to mine there were a group of people talking and laughing, I could hear very clearly what they are saying, which impacted my sleep quality
Very good ! Service is fantastic. Front desk people are very attentive and helpdul. Location is great.! Several minutes to Senado Square at St. Paul Ruins. Several restaurants nearby. They have free shuttle bus to Border Gate (Gongbei port)..
I really enjoyed my stay here. The only thing was that I tried to check in a little early about 1 o’clock and told me to check in was it 2 o’clock so I walk around the block and come back 15 minutes later in the lobby is filled with Chinese that we’re checking in early and I’m just standing there like why couldn’t I have checked in early… But it all worked out because the lady behind the desk remembered me. I came up to her and gave her a flower because it was national women’s day and I got checked in quickly. You should probably know you have to pay a HK$500 deposit here., Which I wasn’t expecting, but the rooms are really nice for the price and the location is pretty great so you should stay here at the Victoria 😊

GGuest UserI arrived at 1300 hours, but the room was only available at 1500 hours. We requested a late check-out but were only allowed to stay until 1200 hours the next day. I even received a reminder phone call at 1155 hours, which seemed like they were urgently pushing me to leave
TTatee365The room not so good view, but it comfortable. The water pressure is not so strong. The rest is good.
The location is also great next to Lisboa casino, so you can take Lisboa shuttle bus from airport to this hotel without any cost. Very good.
LLonely JournalistNo delight or disappointed, just a very casual or normal 3 Star hotel with good standard, staying here for 2-3 nights is fine & comfortable.

CClr2022We stayed here for one night during our transit to Macau, and it was a great experience. The hotel is just 5 minutes away from the airport, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. The staff were very friendly and even upgraded our stay for free, which was a pleasant surprise!
They also went above and beyond by helping us arrange a cab for our early morning flight the next day. For a short and comfortable transit stay, this hotel is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!
