Great staff good amenities close to the airport and nightlife. One of my new favs. I have stayed at the Mariott, the Capital , the Aloft, and the Dann Carlton. Def will be back to this Hilton. #shoutouttoparis her daddy knows how to make hotels for American abroad.
The hotel is relatively new, the surrounding area is relatively safe, shopping is quite convenient, and the breakfast is average. The price was quite affordable at the beginning, but it seems not so cost-effective after the recent price increase.
Ctrip shows that it can provide currency exchange services, but it does not.
The room is relatively large and the soundproofing is poor. I stayed for a week, and it is often noisy upstairs and outside the door. The breakfast is relatively simple and the service is average.
When I first checked in, I said that there were slippers for free, but I didn’t give it to me at the time. Later, I said that every pair would cost more than ten dollars when I needed to use it.
Generally speaking, it's so-so. There are good and bad.
The room is large, the price is moderate, the breakfast is suitable for Chinese tastes, and the service of the handsome men and beautiful women at the front desk is also very good! This hotel is in a wealthy area, and the surrounding area is very safe, don't worry!
This hotel is very well decorated, very clean, the service is very good and very welcoming, the hotel restaurant tastes good, the location is very convenient, and the price/performance ratio is very high. Recommended!
Facilities: Fully equipped, most local hotels in Colombia do not provide toiletries here are free
Hygiene: clean up in time, because the room occupied by the meeting was not cleaned in the morning, during the meeting every 30 minutes to ask if it needs to be cleaned up
Environment: A well-regulated 5-star hotel environment, Juan Valdz in the lobby is still very convenient
Service: Take the initiative to carry luggage, book meals 24 hours online, room service efficiency is high
Very good! The location is close to the convention center, which is very convenient for attending exhibitions. There are convenience stores such as OXXO nearby, and it is very lively and safe to go out to buy things at night.
The gym is great.
The restaurant is good and recommended by local partners.
The most recommended is the laundry service, which costs 45,000 pesos (about 12 US dollars) for a laundry bag and can get everything done. They will even fold it for you.
I stayed at this hotel for a flight connection, and it was a wonderful hotel.
Located a few kilometers from the airport. There is a shuttle bus every hour.
The staff's customer service is great and the rooms are clean.
Even late at night, there was a snack corner next to the front desk where we could get donuts for free.
There is also an espresso machine in the room, so you can relax.
Breakfast was also very delicious with a wide variety.
I would definitely like to visit again when I visit Bogota again.
The Faranda Hotel is a good option to stay in the North part of Bogotá. However, the access to the hotel is a bit tricky because of the road work at the moment of writing this review (07/2023). The room was basic/average. The hotel advertised to have a sauna but it did not. The gym was underwhelming. The restaurant looks really nice but the way the breakfast buffet is set is not the best. It look cramped in a small part of the restaurant. The choices for breakfast are very few.
Some of the ladies at the front desk were very nice and very respectful, but there were some gentlemen who was quite rude, and there was a young bartender who kept harassing us for more tips even though it was on the bill. When we checked in we parked across the street the car was outside for 5 minutes the security watched the tow truck take the car and then they came in when the car was already loaded it almost seemed like they were in cahoots with each other, but I can't confirm that, but it seemed a little odd that they watched I'll call get towed cost us over a million and a half pesos to get out car back

GGuest UserLong established downtown hotel (not to be confused with its namesake the Tequendama hotel - one block away). The location is convenient for accessing public transport and the airport - although it can at first feel a little intimidating particularly at night when the area is much quieter and there are not so many options for eating. The hotel itself offers spacious suite style rooms which although a little dated are well maintained and kept very clean. I also was not aware of any noise from other guests. The WiFi was a bit patchy, and the hot water could take a while to work through (possibly because I was on a higher floor).
Breakfast was substantial with a number of local dishes, which for me were a little heavy - so perhaps more lighter options could be considered. I didn't use either the gym or spa so can't comment.
Finally, all of the staff I had contact with were very approachable and professional. I generally communicated in Spanish but I believe that the reception staff at least had English language skills. Overall, I consider that the hotel offered good value for money for the price I paid (c.£43 per night)
SSoulfulExplorerThe Habitel Hotel is conveniently situated close to the airport, with a reliable shuttle service that adds to its appeal. The hotel comprises two sections, ‘Prime’ and ‘Select,’ with the ‘Prime’ offering slightly superior accommodations. My stay was generally satisfactory; however, the A/C in my room was broken, making it uncomfortably cold. After multiple visits to reception, the staff kindly provided a heater. This issue should ideally be addressed before guest check-ins.
It appears the hotel is undergoing construction on the 1st floor, which was where my room was located, resulting in some noise. Despite these inconveniences, the delicious breakfast made up for everything! I highly recommend the Caldo de Costilla. Based on the food alone, I would definitely consider staying here again.

GGuest UserThe best part of this hotel is the breakfast. Lots of food options and great taste as well. They also serve some rrally good Colombian food and soup. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.
The room is ok but not impressive. The problem is that they do not provide consistent amenities. We have two rooms booked, with one room has sufficient shampoo and body wash supply as well as coffee machine, the other does not have either. When I called the front desk, they could not help as they did not know where to find the supplies.
Other than the above, the location is very good, conveneint and safe.
GGuest UserFacilities: It's relatively complete, everything is pretty good, it's facing the street, but it's not noisy.
Service: The service is great. It took a lot of time to copy the passport, but the front desk was still very patient.
There are toothbrushes and razors, just ask the front desk to get them. Breakfast is also available, and the fruit is great.
SShadow LinThe location is great! There is a bus stop next to the hotel, the traffic is very convenient, you can walk to the supermarket, the swimming pool on the top floor plus three warmth If you have time, you can play
